In Aug of 2006, my family and i moved to Jacksonville, Fla. We found an apartment with the help of a local leasing company. During our time at the apartment, we received a letter saying that "foland and higbee" would be our new landlord. A few months after that we started having problems with the neighborhood, such as break In's and other little problems. I called foland and higbbe and told them what was going on. I was really impressed when they told me no problem. we will get you another apartment. Talking to them is like talking to family. They went way out of there way to help us. So we moved to a new apartment and are 100% happy. Most leasing company's would have not done that. In early 2006 i became very ill and i got behind on some bills and my credit score went really low. I have been doing everything in my power to get it back where it needs to be so we can buy a house. I called foland and higbee and told them what i was trying to do, and again the helped us. Now my lease is being reported to the credit company so i can build my credit back. The foland and higbee team i have to say is not just a leasing company, they are proof that not all company's are 100% business only. When i call they answer, when i need help, there willing to do so. Thank you so much foland and higbee, for everything you have done for me and my family. When we are able to purchase a new house we cant wait to have you all involved. "your the best"

"I just wanted to compliment your company and let you know that you have really distinguished yourself from other local property management companies. We've been visiting Ponte Vedra for the past six years, and of the three property management companies we've used to find a rental, yours has been far and above the best."

"This year, we booked at the last minute, and as Foland and Higbee was booked up, we called upon a large, established property management agency in Ponte Vedra. They did have a three-bedroom available. However, we were shocked at the horrid condition that our three-bedroom condo was in. Not only was it dirty with wet floors, but upon our arrival the kitchen sink was within a half-inch of overflowing, and only one of the 3 kitchen lights worked. The property would be considered by most to be unrentable because of the age and condition of the kitchen appliances. Even the screened porch was dirty from the activity of previous renters. Fortunately for us, the rental agency did agree to move us to a better accommodation, but the overall level of service we received in the process was poor."
